Public Assistance Collections

Public Assistance Collections accepts payments for public assistance and welfare debts such as CalWORKs, CalFresh (Food Stamps), General Assistance, CAPI, Adoption Assistance, Foster Care, and IHSS Provider overpayments.

Secure online payments can be made by credit or debit card at any time.

- bank issued debit card
There is no fee for using this method of payment.
Use your monthly billing statement information for case number, last name, and first name to begin the online payment process.
Mail-In Payments
Please do not mail cash
Make checks or money orders payable to the SCC DTAC. Include case number and debtor name.
